Cameron and Chase go on vacation when they meet an environmentalist who collapses in the middle of a protest. They postpone the vacation, and ask House to reconsider the matter.

Although suspicious of her motives, House agree. When Chase pressed him to take the matter so particularly, House forces Cameron to take the lead and run many of the tests on the patient. At the same time, House is not sure of Wilson's new healthy diet.
