The fantastic series Hell's Kitchen season 6 has released its Episode 6 on yesterday 18th August, 2009. Hell’s kitchen s06e06 entitled as “HK6: Day Six”. In this Episode, the two teams were said to make a three-course meals by just using 700 calories with 45 minutes. And winning team has a chance to visit beach and learn volleyball with Olympic athlete Anneth Davis where other team have to clean both kitchens.

Last night Episode, Both teams have worked together in first challenge. In which Chef Gordon Ramsay asked them for make a healthy menu: an appetizer, entrée, and dessert that totals only 700 calories.

For this challenge, Ramsay gave Sabrina the chance to step up, who counts calories in her job back home on a daily basis. After that women get a point for the entrée, with Ramsay's feeling that theirs was a more generous portion as well as more flavorful. And the Men get point for the dessert and their deserts calling it absolute crap. And after the task, the men team became a winner, and they get a chance to spend a day on the beach playing volleyball with Olympic athlete Annett Davis. They learned some new skills and played a few games.

Other hands women team prepared all three dishes of the menu tonight. At last, Ramsey announced both teams lose and one member from each team is going to be up for elimination. However, he Eliminated only one member and Ramsey announced that Jim out of the crowd and told him to take off his jacket. His final words to Jim: "You're not the Tin Man, and I'm not the Wizard of Oz." Ouch.
