Christina Applegate in NBC's GossipCop

After the rest of many years, American actress ‘Christina Applegate’ has signed NBC’s New Comedy series ‘GossipCop’ in which she will play the role of sarcastic working mom who has careful husband and pretty opinionated parents. The GossipCop will be written by Emily Spivey, who is the writer of 'Parks and Recreation'. “Saturday Night Live” creator Lorne Michaels will serve as producer with Emily Spivey in this show.

Christina Applegate played many leading roles in "Jesse", "Samantha Who" and long-running Fox hit, "Married with Children." Before signing this show, Applegate became most demanded actress or season’s pilot including Darren Star's "Good Christian Bitches" pilot for ABC. She has been nominated for Tony Awards for her performance in sweet charity. She also played main role in many films including ‘The sweetest thing’, ‘Anchorman’, ‘Farce of the penguins’, ‘The Big hit’, etc.
