The "Biggest Loser Couples" winner 2009

The Biggest Loser Season Finale held on May 12, 2009 on NBC reality television series. Helen Phillips won the title of “The Biggest Loser” with the $250,000 grand prize by losing the highest percentage of starting body-weight.

She is 48 year-old, mother of three children and retired retail manager from Sterling Heights at Mich.

She entered in competition with 257 pounds and dropped 140 to finish out at 117 pounds. She cuts with a 54.47% total weight loss and current weight of 117 pounds. She says that a dress had not worn by her in past 10 year and she feels wonderful and beautiful after won the title. It was an emotional night because of trainers and contestant worked hard in past 20 weeks for the title. Mike: 388-181=207 (53.35%)

Tara: 294-139=155 (52.72%)

Jerry: 369-192=177 (47.97%)

Mike of 18 was the youngest contestant in the history oh the NBC show and he says that the show is really crazy. He gets the prize worth $100,000. He wasn’t sure about his place but he beat Tara and Jerry and came in the second. He seems very happy because of now he change his personality as a man from shy timid boy.For more info.click here.
