Tracy becomes more mature and professional after being scolded by Liz in front of the staff. He agrees to give up all special treatment and believes Liz should do the same. Mean while, Jack’s tormenting mother arrives, and digs up some nasty memories concerning Jack’s father. Also, Jenna adopts a monkey as a pet.

Tracy and Liz each agree to give up some office perks. Colleen visits Jack and shares memories of when his father left them. Jenna takes on a gibbon as a pet.
