Review of Tattooed Ladies of Tla

Members of the Texas Library Association came together to create “The Tattooed Ladies of TLA” 18-month calendar, which raised $9,000 to help libraries in the state of Texas damaged by hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

A total of 21 women showed off their tattoos for the calendar, which are sold for $20 each. These women volunteered to disclose their ink and share some of their stories for the welfare of their state's libraries as they are the members of the Texas Library Association.

One of the professional portrait photographer visited Texas Libraries and he was not too impressed with the photos, but the tattoos were importantly featured. He told his views about this library and tattoos.

The sample photos for the TLA Calendar feature a bunch of women who look like librarians-with a few odd and interesting tattoos. He supposed that it could have been worse; as they were showing off their piercing instead. He told that Tattoos are all the rage these days.
