Shahrukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor: Ranbir has turned down the offer from Karan's new Project! why?

Shahrukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor News: Ranbir Kapoor is the best thing to have happened to Bollywood in recent years and the new chocolaty boy is going great guns with his career having skyrocketed post back to back successes in flicks like ‘Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Khanii’ (opposite Katrina Kaif) and ‘Wake up Sid’ (opposite Konkona Sen Sharma).

But, when Karan Johar thought of roping in Ranbir for his next mega project alongside Shahrukh Khan, he was left disappointed as Ranbir Kapoor refused.

Reportedly, the reason why Ranbir has turned down the offer is that he politely told Karan that currently he is interested only in solo hero projects (but, then I wonder why did he take up ‘Rajneeti’).
