It’s finally fallen into place - Shah Rukh Khan will star in a Vidhu Vinod Chopra production. While they have never worked together in the past, the fact is that Vidhu has been trying to do a film with Shah Rukh for years now. Vidhu had wanted him for Kareeb, then for 1942-A Love Story, Munnabhai MBBS and even 3 Idiots, but every single time, something went wrong. In fact, Shah Rukh’s failure to do 3 Idiots led to a fall out between them. Shah Rukh had given his consent to do 3 Idiots but later withdrew from the project after Vidhu criticised his film Paheli. |
