Richard Alan Rhoden is a professional Golfer and a Former Major League Baseball pitcher. Richard Alan Rhoden’s nick name is Rick Rhoden.

During Rhoden’s 16 years baseball career, Rhoden played for the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1974 till 1978, Pittsburgh Pirates from 1979 till 1986 and he also played for the New York Yankees of the American League from 1987 till 1988 and Houston Astros of the National League in 1989.

Richard Alan Rhoden has also played a number of Champion Tour events and has three career top-10 finishes, T-5 Allianz Championship (2003), T-6 3M Championship (2006) and T-8 Constellation Energy Classic (2005).

Rick Rhoden broke into the big leagues with the Los Angeles Dodgers when he was 21 year old. He was elected as a Pittsburgh Pirate to the All-Star team twice and won three Silver Slugger awards. Richard Alan received a reputation as an outstanding hitting pitcher. His final game was 29th September 1989 for the Houston Astros. Rhoden batted 238 with 9 home runs and 75 RBI in his career.
