OPPO DV-980H is very easy to set up and operate, the up conversion is easy, just hit the HDMI button on the remote and it kicks up the conversion from 480-1080p. There is one feature I found interesting from this player, it can remember where you left off if you stop a DVD even after you have played another DVD, it will start from where you stopped if you put the first one back.
