Susan Boyle Wins Semi Final Of Britain's Got Talent
I just watched Susan Boyle’s semi-final performance on the UK TV show Britain’s Got Talent. Susan chose to sing the Andrew Lloyd Webber tune “Memory” from the musical Cats.
The singer delivered an astounding performance of the song from the Musical Cats on the Semi-Final on May 24, 2009. At the end of the show Susan was only one performer would move on to the finals. And of course she was voted through to the final of “Britain’s Got Talent.”
As of the looks on the judge’s faces, you would think they were reliving her first splendid performance six weeks ago and tonight they all gave her a standing praise, as well as Simon Cowell of “American Idol”. Susan Boyal gave outstanding performance in the semi final. Well the 47 years old woman delivered her rendition of “Memory”. But I think what will happen in the final, let’s see?
Susan Boyle said in an interview:
“All my life I’ve always striven to prove that I can be accepted; that I’m not the worthless person that people think I am, that I do have something to offer.
“Being on Britain’s Got Talent is a chance to turn things around; to fulfil the dream. I just want that chance to perform in front of the Queen.”
