Kelly Clarkson 'Almost Gone' is in trouble
Recently Kelly Clarkson is making news about her new song “Almost Gone” because it sounds exactly like the new Beyonce’s song “Halo.”
She co-wrote “Almost Gone” with hit songwriter Ryan Tedder who also wrote Beyonce’s “Halo.”
Kelly Clarkson told CBC radio that after heard Beyonce’s “Halo" she tried to stop the release of her new single “Already Gone." Later she also told Clarkson and demanded to know why he gave the same song to two different performers.
Ryan Tedder says both songs are two entirely different songs conceptually, melodically, and lyrically, and I would never try to dupe an artist such as Kelly Clarkson or Beyonce into recording over the same musical track. The idea is both hurtful and absurd.
