Outgoing US president W.Bush issued Commutations for two ex border patrol Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean who convicted for shooting a mexican drug dealer. both are in prison for more then 10 years. They says they do only their duty but republican and democrat leaders supported the bush decision.
Ex border Patrol Agents Jose and ignacio receive only a commutation from G.Bush in stand of a Full Pardon. president G.Bush say that "the two who defended our nation's borders against illegal invaders and they are victims of judicial terrorism"
Ienacio Ramos has 11 year and JOse Compean has 12year prison for shooting Osvaldo Alder Davila in the Buttock.
The outgoing president has reviewed the circumstances and condition and believes that they and by their family suffered are too harsh a have for the crime.
