Yesterday night Tim Nickless and the Nickless family's Story is on Extreme Makeover Home Edition. Tim Nickless, the member of Lansing Area Flying Aces has been around control line aircraft for many years.

Tim Nickless’s wife Arlene and family featured on the highly rated ABC reality TV show yesterday in a stunning attempt to achieve a family’s dream.

Arlene's husband Tim of 18 years died earlier this year after being infected with Hepatitis C. He got infection as a nurse at a Lansing, Michigan hospital, where he worked. The couple and three sons had been redoing a farm for several years. Arlene and Tim could not afford to repair homes after he got sick, and ultimately Arlene lost her job.

"It's been quite an experience," Nick Less said. "From literally being plucked out of the picture and will be sent out to Disney and all the sudden coming back ... and then everything went back to normal, than we in this beautiful new home."
