First Look of Tim Burton's movie: Alice in Wonderland

The first photos from the director Tim Burton of the movie Alice in Wonderland are eye-catching as well as surprising. The movie will be released on March 5, 2010 in the theater. Zanuck told that they finished the shooting in December after only 40 days. The live action of movie is being merged with CG animation and motion-capture creatures and then transferred into 3-D.

Tim Burton movie Alice in Wonderland is a mixture of live action and performance capture animated film as is a semi-sequel to the original Alice in Wonderland story. The starting of the movie is performed by the wonderful girl, Alice, who is 17 years old attends a dinner party at a Victorian estate only to find out that she will be proposed to in front of hundreds of people. She is afraid and she runs, following a white rabbit into a hole and ending up in Wonderland, which is a place she visited before 10 years but she did not remember as she was small at that time.

The other characters of the movie are Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Anne Hathaway as the White Queen, and Helena Bonham-Carter as the Red Queen. Aussie actress Mia Wasikowska who is just of 19 years old and she is well known for HBO’s In Treatment show plays the titular character in this movie. Zanuck told that she plays role as honest and sincere and she is not like other characters of Hollywood. People are excited to watch this movie as the images and photos of it catches the eyes while you look once on them.
