Mads Mikkelsen added to Clash Of The Titans

Mads Mikkelsen, Quantum Of Solace’s Gemma Arteton and The Mist’s Alexa Davalos have all joined the cast of Warners’ Greek god epic Clash Of The Titans.

Mikkelsen, last seen as villain in Le Chiffre in Casino Royale, is playing Draco, a talented fighter who helps out Perseus (Sam Worthington).

Davalos will be playing Andromeda, the captured princess who Perseus must rescue, while Arteton is Io, the goddess who brings him Pegasus.

That’s the winged horse, in case you’re not up on your mythology.

The Incredible Hulk’s Louis Leterrier is behind the camera for the new take on the epic tale, which has been written by Matt Manfredi and Phil Hay.
