Dil Bole Hadippa speaks the tale of Veera played by Rani Mukherjee, a firework of a young woman who lives in a tiny village but imaginings of playing cricket in the large level team.

Rohan played by Shahid Kapoor is a skillful skipper of a province cricket squad in UK & come back to India to head his father’s cricket side, which has been trailing repeatedly for the last 8 years.

In a rural community where females do not participate in cricket, Veera has to be dressed in a turban & beard to costume herself as a male to fulfill her thoughts. Her brightness on the ground gets her enthusiastic points & an admission into Rohan’s cricket squad........................
