Barton Hospitalized

Mischa Barton has been placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold by the LAPD and has been transferred to Cedars-Sinai, reports Access Hollywood. The actress, recently the object of increased tabloid scrutiny, is a regular on the CW's upcoming The Beautiful Life and has indie film Homecoming premiering this weekend in two cities.
