Actors Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy played a one of the best role and fill their characters with just the right mix of cynicism and hurt, but also passion and longing.

3, Punch-Drunk Love (2002)

Punch Drunk love movie is directed by Paul Thomas Anderson who recruited Adam Sandler who played the role of Barry Egan, of all people, to star in his offbeat romantic comedy about an emotionally immature businessman prone to explosive fits of rage. Barry Egan is a businessman with seven sisters whose misuse has kept him alone and unable to fall in love. When a harmonium and a mysterious woman enter his life, his romantic journey begins.

4, Sideways (2004)

Sideways is a beautiful buddy comedy. In this movie Miles (Paul Giamatti) and and Maya (Virginia Madsen) played lead role. Miles is totally opposite of the traditional leading man in a romantic comedy. He’s a deeply depressed, irritable, balding, gnome-faced slouch who steals money from his mother and “goes to the dark side” when he’s drunk too much. Be meet Maya in California City, both two bruised divorcees who forge a tenuous connection to each other. Both wonderful speeches expressing their love of Pinot Noir to the wonderfully poignant open-ended knock at the door, their romance is note-perfect.

5, Knocked Up (2007)

The Knocked up story follows the effect of drunken one-night stand between Rogen's slacker character and Heigl's just-promoted media personality that results in an unintended pregnancy. It is wonderful romantic comedy movie that make it such a pleasure to watch. Juno movie story based on Juno, a 16 year old high school pregnant girl, one day she gone on hospital to abortion of child, she is sited in a waiting room that time she decides to give birth and to place the child with an adoptive couple. She finds Penny Saver personals, contacts them, tells her dad and step-mother, and carries on with school. The chosen parents, expensive yuppies meet Juno, sign papers, and the year unfolds. Juno’s disarmingly charming and totally real, and one of the best films of 2007.

7, The Science of Sleep (2006)

The Science of Sleep is the story of a man who habitually warps realities. It is directed by Michel Gondry and Gael García Bernal, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Miou-Miou and Alain Chabat are stars of this film. In this film Gael García Bernal likes a girl (Charlotte Gainsbourg). When she asks him why he likes her, he responds by saying "because everyone else is boring." The director of this film Michel Gondry's story shows young love for what it really is: intense, immature and frustrating, yes, but also honest, deep and true.

8, Bridget Jones's Diary (2001)

Bridget Jones is the story of one women who struggling with her against her age, her weight, her job, her lack of a man, and her many imperfections. As a New Year decision, she decides to take control of her life, first her keeping diary in which will always tell the complete truth. She is gaining 20 pounds to play the British singleton that falls for Hugh Grant and (eventually) Colin Firth. From her bad public speeches to lip-synching to Sad F.M. songs in her pajamas, Zellweger carries the film on her shoulders.

9, The 40 Year-Old Virgin (2005)

The 40 year old is a big, goofy, hilarious mess of movie which is anchored by the easy charm of its two principle leads, Steve Carell and Catherine Keener. In this movie 40 year old Andy Stitzer has done quite a few things in his life. Andy's never, ever, ever had sex--not even by accident. Their no-nonsense romance is surprisingly understated and adult in a movie with an outrageous premise and lewd jokes. Leslie Mann also got the credit for that hilarious French toast scene.

10, Lars and the Real Girl (2007)

Lars and the Real girl is a romantic comedy movie and it’s directed by Craig Gillespie. The screenplay by Nancy Oliver focuses on a shy, lonely, socially inept young man (Ryan Gosling) who dates a life-size sex doll, and the entire town goes to great lengths to protect the fairy tale. But Nancy Oliver story script is so gentle and so melancholic that it becomes a quietly powerful story of a stunted man who finally comes of age.
