Miss Philippines Sandra Seifert sported an elemental inspired gown in the preliminary competition of the Miss Earth 2009 pageant.
The gown was great. Although the wide a-line cut gown seemed overly done, it accentuated and highlighted her height and presence.
The colors were perfectly arranged though.
The hair and make-up was just so-so for me.
