There are some big changes coming to the Kardashian household. "Someone in the Kardashian family will soon have plastic surgery," Kim Kardashian told PEOPLE exclusively at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Saturday night.

The 28-year-old star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians said viewers will be surprised at who gets the makeover. "I can't tell you who, but someone in my family will look totally different and viewers will see it all on the show very soon," said Kardashian, who spent the evening hosting the opening of Hard Rock's new club Opium – even smashing a guitar on the red carpet as a resort tradition – and hanging out with boyfriend Reggie Bush, Venus Williams and brother Rob.
