Khloe Kardashian and the portrayal of courthouse media

For the past 10 years or so, I've paid attention to how the media is portrayed during courthouse scenes in TV shows and movies. Call it a professional interest, if you will. It's always hilarious to hear the lines that are written for these actors. You know the scenes.
A defendant or plaintiff or lawyer walks in/out of a courthouse and is swarmed by the media. It's pretty much the most ridiculous thing ever. Not that I'm a media apologist.
