Jessica Simpson is too picky

Singer and actress Jessica Simpson has blamed her selective nature to choose partners for being single.The 29-year-old singer who has refused to confirm reports she is dating 'Smashing Pumpkins' rocker Billy Corgan was previously married to Nick Lachey.

And after their divorce she dated singer John Mayer and American football star Tony Romo and has been single because she struggled to find a man, Fox News reported.

The Dukes of Hazzard star is determined to have a family and raise kids by the time she turns 40 but is scared it will be difficult because she has such high standards. "By 10 years I would love to be a mom, I would love just to be in love and be a mom. It sounds simple but it's a lot harder (than you think). I'm pretty picky," Simpson said.
