Italian swimmer Flavia Zoccari rip suit
The high-tech swimsuit that was designed to put 22 years old Flavia Zoccari in front of the field unfortunately left the Italian swimmer behind as the bathing suit of Zoccari was burst open at the Mediterranean Games in Pescara, Italy on Wednesday July 1st 2009.
The 6'0" Zoccari, one of Italy's top swimmers, was wearing the controversial £318 top-of-the-line Jaked J01 swimsuit when disaster struck at the Games and so she was forced to sit out a championship race at the Mediterranean Games and tears came out from her eyes.
When the rip happened, Zoccari modestly tried to cover the gaping rip in her $500 (U.S.) Jaked J01 costume with her hand, then sat down and wept. Flavia Zaccari later apologized for that embarrassing incident.

Why on earth was she
Why on earth was she disqualified when the exact same thing happened to Ricky Berens? They should never have disqualified her!
