Tamil Movie Thoranai Review Releasing date: May 29, 2009 Thoranai Movie Storyline Story starts with Murugan(Vishal) who is a simple boy of village. He is coming to Chennai in search of his lost brother Ganesh who run away from his home because of his mother’s harsh behavior. His mother’s much sadness with his loss, Murugan swears her mother to find out his brother. In between he meets a girl and fall in love with her. He connects with two criminal Tamizharasan (Prakash Raj) and Guru (Kishore), who are engaged with mafia. He fights with them because of some situations. In this movie one twist arrives, Murugan is unaware that one amongst them is his brother. Thoranai Movie Review This is typical action movie with outdated storyline. It is average movie; Vishal doesn’t try for doing something new in this movie. His dialogues seem tiresome for the audience. Shriya Charan’s performance is also not good and scores 0/10. Her expressions are looking overactive and she can better reduce her expositions of skin shows. Prakash Raj and Kishore doing well and gave justice to their roles. The chemistry between Vishal and Shriya is totally non-happening. The script doesn’t give him the scope to show his skills in comedy. Priyan’s camera has captured a few good visuals especially in a couple of songs ‘Pattuchcha’ and ‘Vaa Chellam’, the locations are scenic. Music by Mani Sharma is average. Thoranai Songs List:
