Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood is an entertainment tale of self-indulgence, treachery and violence in the Wild West. Bound in Blood has given the biggest contribution to the genre and it shows the vast story opportunities afforded by this period of history. The story transports players from a desolate Civil War-era Georgia to the Aztec ruins of Mexico.

"Call of Juarez" rotates the tale of three brothers named as Thomas, Ray and William McCall at the end of the Civil War in 1865. Thomas and Ray are soldiers and their small brother William is a man of the cloth.

The two eldest brothers, Ray and Thomas are fighting for the coalition in the American Civil War at the starting of the game. Ray is little stronger and Thomas has more agility. They had to fight in the battlefield as their home was under attack, so they have joined the war in an attempt to protect their home and ill mother and winning or losing was not more important to them in the war but they had to make their home free.

William told in one scene that "War changes people”. The mission of them was to find the hidden treasure in the hillside of Juarez, Mexico, and bring it back to Atlanta to rebuild the family home. As time goes William, the youngest brother realizes that there is no chance to make their dream true and win the war. Both the brothers are entertaining during their adventures. The game play is sharply designed as in the Sony PS3 version of the game the weapons can easily fly and the story line is grainy and realistic.
