zhu zhu pets hampsters dont work very well

since i got the zhu zhu pets hamsters it hasnt been working very well.one of them didnt want to go on its precious little wheels.i followed the trouble shooting rules that are on the manual and i followed ALL the rules.i wish i can get every zhu zhu pet item and, i am aware of that.this problem has to stop or there will be FAR PROBLEM.PLEASE CALL MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE AT 562-889-7669.
