‘Real Housewives’ Danielle Staub Sex Tape Blocked

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub and her Ex boyfriend Stephen Zalewski’s an alleged sex tape has been blocked. According to US Weekly, a judge ordered an injunction banning the release of any sexually explicit recording featuring the reality star Danielle, 46 and ex Stephen Zalewski, 27.

Zalewski must produce to him all copies of any such alleged tape and calendared the case for a July 21 hearing date as an ordered of State Superior Court Judge Thomas F. Brogan. According to the embattled prostitution whore, Danielle Staub sex tape was absolutely "unauthorized" and was "taken with his cell phone,"

Zalewski is now facing a court case for seeking damages for invasion of privacy, libel and infliction of emotional anguish by Danielle. And also she claimed that she was completely unaware as Zalewski was taping her and only know it when somebody read her a Star magazine article in which Zalewski talked about the tape.

Staub’s former boy friend told the star and claims that he has videos of them performing numerous sex acts, and has oral explicitly about their sex life. On the other side of court, Danielle says her breaking up with him as he was trying to get back at her and her two daughters, ages 11 and 15.
