Woman of the moment Cheryl Cole has come out top in Tatler's 'best dressed' list of 2009.
The Girls Aloud singer and X Factor judge has become a style icon after seeing her profile soar in the last year.
A spokesman for Tatler said: 'The world has gone completely insane for our Cheryl.' Kate Moss, last year's number two, has not made the top 10 - nor has 2008's number one entry, fellow supermodel Agyness Deyn.
