Carmen Electra regrets having her breasts enlarged. The former 'Baywatch' actress - who boosted her modest bust to a DD cup size - now thinks she should have left her boobs as they were. The 37-year-old brunette star said: 'I had breast surgery over 10 years ago, taking me from a 32B to DD, which took a bit of time to get used to. I didn't want to go as big as that.
