Now 60 years old Billy Joel is not single as just a month after separating from his third wife Katie Lee Joel, Billy dating someone closer to his own age is Alex Donnelley the former star of "The Young and The Restless."

The piano man Joel of 60 first met Alex Donnelley during touring with Elton John for recent Washington D.C. concert. An insider said "The two hit it off immediately," and since that time, Alex has been visiting Joel at his home in Sag Harbor, "where they go boating or ride around on Joel's custom motorcycles."

A 50 years old Donnelley is a German born American actress best known for playing role of Diane Jenkins on the “Young and the Restless.” Billy Joel is a rock musician, singer-songwriter, and classical composer. He has one daughter named Alexa Ray Joel from her marriage to second wife Christie Brinkley. His first wife was his business manager, Elizabeth Weber Small. 

After nearly five years of marriage Billy Joel and Katie Lee Joel have decided to separate but they remain caring friends with admiration and respect for each other.
