Ben Roethlisberger Blamed Of Sex Assault Lawsuit

Oh!! It is really shameful news!! A woman Andrea McNulty has filed a court case accusing Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of alleged sexual attack. She is claimed that Ben was raping her last summer in July 2008 in his penthouse hotel room at a casino in Lake Tahoe during a celebrity golf tournament.

ProFootballTalk.com was broken this entire story on Monday evening, which reported that Harrah's casino employee Andrea McNulty filed the civil harassment lawsuit. In July 2008 she was called up to Roethlisberger's room to fix a television. While she was up there, McNulty claims Ben forced her to have sex with him, according to the complaints.

Lawyer of Ben’s denied the claims and the woman was working at the hotel as an executive casino host noted that, never went to the authorities. From the Roethlisberger, one of the biggest names in sports, the suit requests at least $440,000 in damages and also she is demanding $50,000 in compensation from the Harrah's officials.

David Cornwell said in a statement that Ben Roethlisberger has never sexually assaulted anyone. The timing of the lawsuit and the absence of a criminal complaint and a criminal investigation are the most compelling evidence of the absence of any criminal behavior.

She did not case a criminal complaint because she feared Harrah's would side with Roethlisberger and she would be fired, the woman's lawsuit says. The suit claims that In Ben's room she said she determined the TV was functioning properly but as she turned to leave, the 6-foot-5, 240-pound quarterback blocked her exit.
