Amy Adams, Oscar nominee will now be appeared in Zack Snyder's upcoming superhero franchise, Superman: Man of Steel as Superman Henry Cavill’s love interest Lois Lane. Zack Snyder selected Amy Adams as journalist Lois Lane for his new Superman after large search. Amy Adams was nominated for three times in the Oscar award. Lastly, she was selected for Oscar nomination for her work in true-life drama “The Fighter.” The 36 year old, Amy got this good news when the pre-production movie director Zack Snyder called her and said that she will now play the role of Lois Lane as a journalist and join the cast of British actor Henry Cavill who is a leading hero in the upcoming movie "Superman: Man of Steel". The movie is planned for a December 2012 release. Most of persons know that Superman is comic book based children’s most admired superhero’s movie. From the numerous actresses who gave their performance for Lois Lane in the audition, Zack selected Amy and said that “perfect fit” for the role of do-or-die female journalist, Lois Lane. He said, “She is strong, professional woman who can hold her own against any man even if he can leap tall buildings in a single bound.” From the released information, it is confirmed that the role of Superman's secret identity, Clark Kent will be played by Henry Cavill and as Clark’s parents, Kevin Costner and Diane Lane will play role in the next Superman movie. |
