According to Guinness Book of Records, a 27-year-old Burmese called Kataleena Lady is the oldest living cat, who lives in Melbourne, Australia. On 11th March 1977 Kataleena Lady was born. According to the Guinness Book of Records, The average life of an indoor cat is between 9 to 15 years.

Important in longevity of your cat is good general care, good genetics, good diet, good health care and a safe environment. Wild cats live up to 6-8 years and Domestic neutered cats between 9 to 15 years usually.
