Baba Tekkosho Co., a Japanese food machinery maker displayed their ‘Sushi Chef Robot’ at the International Food Machinery and Technology Exhibition in Tokyo, yesterday. This chef robot, and its ability to handle fragile sushi items is bound to attract a handful of onlookers, and make chefs a little disdain during the ongoing global economic turmoil.
