India, one of fasted developing nations, home to over a billion people, but only God knows how it works. Here rich are becoming richer, and poor are getting poorer. Who is to blame? Thankfully, a citizen, a rich man named Ratan Tata, after launching the world’s cheapest car (Nano), want to give Mumbai cheaper homes (Nano Homes).
The first complex of 1,000 homes is under construction in a town called Boisar, 60 miles from Mumbai. It will include a hospital, school, playground and gardens. He plans to sell these apartments for $7,800 to $13,400 each, aimed at workers making $6,000 to $10,000 per annum.
