Andre Goodman has turned into a shut down corner. A couple of seasons ago, Andre Goodman was actually the 6th best cornerback in the NFL, in terms of passes caught by the receiver, per passes thrown his way. Last year Goodman got hurt, and never got back into the form he was in, back in 2006. He started off this season much the same, having us calling for his head just 2 weeks into the season, and saying that he doesn't deserve a job in the NFL. Over the course of the season though, Goodman has played the best football of his career, and has gotten better every single week. He had six passes defended against KC, and an interception, having another one that he just could not hold on to as he hit the hard, frozen turf. Hopefully he'll continue his good play, and shut down Cotchery this Sunday in the Meadow Lands.
