Knitted woolen fences

When can we say that this world has become a better place to live? Never! No, it is possible only when there are no fences, no boundaries, no discrimination – In shot, when we understand that the only real nation is humanity! Lacey Jane Roberts’ work – these ‘soft pink woolen fences’ (barbed wires), to me, sends out a message: that beith, differences creating boundaries or boundaries creating differences, we need to soften things out just like these soft knitted fences replacing the iron barbed wires.
