A guitar made from Vespa scooter

I’ve learnt that almost everything is recyclable, one just need to apply his/her brain in the right direction. Coincidently, I stumbled upon Timon Salomez’s photo bucket; he and his friend have made a guitar from the legshield of a vespa scooter. Though, it’s not the most appealing guitar to look at, but looks are not important always. Are they?
