Fishing 50ft under his kitchen makes Li Huiyan a rich dude

People go extreme places for fishing, but have you heard of someone fishing right inside his kitchen? Well, a man named Li Huiyan, from China, hired 30 villagers for six months to dig a 50ft (16 meters) hole in his kitchen. He believed that the river that flowed over ground 30 years ago, could well be beneath his kitchen. There it was – 16 meters down under! Now, he has built a staircase to reach his harvest and makes around £2,000 by selling the same.
