living wall portrait

Edina Tokodi, a green graffiti street artist renowned for her eco-art, has made a living wall portrait for the upcoming Fort Green Garden Walk event. The piece which is presently on the rooftop of Green Spaces NY would finally move to a public spot in a week’s time. Art is a tool with which to organize and inspire. I think we really have to do this, especially as a woman artist and as a woman of color.
