ABS-CBN teleseryes gain worldwide following

More than reaching out to Filipinos around the world with The Filipino Channel (TFC), ABS-CBN has also reached new frontiers as Kapamilya teleseryes earn a huge following even among non-Filipino viewers. In a press conference, ABS-CBN International Sales and Distribution Head Reena De Guzman Garingan talked about the growing demand from foreign television networks for acquisition and broadcast of Kapamilya teleseryes. This 2010, ABS-CBN dramas Dahil May Isang Ikaw, Tayong Dalawa, and Lobo are expected be aired in several countries in Asia and Africa. Dahil May Isang Ikaw, with the English title Destined Hearts, will soon air in Malaysia and other countries in Asia.
