Congrats to Shubhra Saxena UPSC 2009 Topper. Miss Shubhra Saxena has topped the Examination and The second ranker is Miss Sharandeep Kaur Brar.

The top 25 candidates include 15 males and 10 females. Educational qualification-wise they comprise of 12 candidates belonging to Commerce, Mangement, Humanities, Science & Social Sciences; 9 candidates belonging to Engineering and 4 candidates belonging to Medical Science background.

Of these, 22 took the Examination in English medium; 2 in Hindi medium and 1 in Punjab medium. Of the top 25 candidates, 11 appeared from Delhi; 3 each from Chandigarh and Chennai; 2 each from Bhopal and Hyderabad and 1 each from Kolkata, Jaipur, Jammu and Thiruvananthapuram centers.
