PTET 2009 - Pre Teachers Entrance Test 2009 Results

PTET (Pre Teachers Entrance Test) 2009 Result of 5th Counseling Declared. For Admission To B.Ed. Courses, Session 2008-2009 : For Admission to the B.Ed. Course in different teacher training institutions in the states of Rajasthan, a competitive test for candidates., Pre-Teachers Entrance Test (PTET) will be conducted by JAI Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, in accordance with the following rules, approved by the Government of Rajasthan.

ADMISSION TO B.ED. COURSE RULES

1. There will be a Pre-Teachers Entrance Test PTET hereinafter 2008 for admission to all B.Ed. Colleges in Rajasthan. Application Form for the same will be invited by JAI Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur.

2. Based on the results of PTET, a list of candidates will be drawn in order, and showing the marks obtained by each candidate.

3. To qualify PTET candidates will require to ensure that at least 40% score in the test. There is no provision of the grace period marks. Moreover, his / her name should figure in the merit list in the total number of seats available in various categories.

4. Out Of the total number of seats, faculty-wise that does not exceed 5% seats will be filled on the basis of total value, regardless of which state that the candidate belongs to, provided that the value of a candidate outside Rajasthan is not less than merit the last candidate admitted to belong to Rajasthan in a specific category.

5. The applicant can be admitted into any Teacher Education Institution in the state. Access to a teacher training institution in a particular district / area can not be used as the basis of some candidates on the basis of belonging to the district / city.

6. Women academics to participate in the Women TT colleges only for their profits. But if the seats are not available in the Women TT colleges so that they can be included in the joint training colleges TT on their merits.
