Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) was set up in 1916, the headquartered in Karur in Tamil Nadu.The bank has 300 branches and all the branches are powered with Core Banking Solution (CBS).

Karur Vysya Bank, a leading private sector bank announced a Recruitment notification for clerical cadre. The bank the bank invites applications from ineligible candidates for the posts of careers in its banking operations. Examination will be held at selected centre in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamilnadu.

Age Limit:

• Not more than 28 years for Graduates and 30 years for Post Graduates / Double Graduates as on 31.05.2009.
• 5 years relaxation to SC/ST candidates is provided.

Academic Qualification:

• Any Bachelor degree (10 +2 + 3 Pattern) from college recognized by a UGC approved university with a minimum of 50% marks is eligible.
• Percentage: Any Bachelor degree IInd Class (50% and above)

Technical Qualification:

1. Candidates having major other than computer science should possess a minimum 3 months Computer Course from a well recognized Institution.

Mode of Selection:

1. Written Test (Objective Type) and Personal Interview.

Application Fee:

• Demand Draft for Rs.200/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of The Karur Vysya Bank Limited and payable at Chennai only.
• The Candidates should bring the demand draft while appearing for written test. It will be collected in the exam hall.

General Conditions:

• Eligible candidates should appear for a written test and / or skill test and interview at their own expense at places/ dates notified by the Bank.
• First you need to upload your latest Resume and then select Clerks 2009 from the list of openings and apply.
• If any information furnished by the candidates is found to be false/ not correct/ misrepresented, their candidature is liable to be cancelled at any stage without notice.
• Candidates selected are liable to be placed in any place in India as per the administrative requirements and discretion of the Bank.
