The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board take JECA exam every year for the admission in the MCA courses.
The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a master's degree in computer application. The core courses of this program are designed to introduce students to the various areas of computer science and engineering such as computer programming, software engineering, computer networking, database management, computer graphics and systems analysis.

West Bengal Joint Entrance for computer application is also known as JECA and it is the only exam in the state for the admission of MCA. Every year West Bengal JECA board organized the exams and the JECA Counselling is start just after the result of JECA been declared.
