Alaska Information center maps Today 7 April, 2009 shows significant recent Earthquake activities. USGS, KTUU and Alaska Information center are most notably focusing on the Earthquake. The Maps shows all Earthquake activity.
Alaska Sealife center
The Alaska Earthquake Information Center was establised by Alaska Statute in 1986. AEIC's mandate is to collect, analyze and archive seismic event data for the state of Alaska, providing information and assistance to the public as well as state and local agencies. The AEIC record data from the integrated network of more than 400 seismic sites distributed across the state and serves as the regional data center locating and reporting about 20000 earthquake per year.
