India’s Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will today announce the results of the class 10 2009 standard exams for Ajmer, Chennai and Panchkula regions, ending an almost two month long wait by over three quarters of a million students. More than 824,438 class 10 students sat the 2009 exams in March and today they will find out the results of their in-school and at home efforts and preparation. According to the CBSE, 336,963 female students and 487,475 males sat the class 10 standard exams, both in India and abroad. CBSE will declare the class X results for the Ajmer, Chennai and Panchkula regions on Tuesday at 10am. The results for Gurgaon and Faridabad, which fall under Panchkula region, will be out on Tuesday too. The results for rest of the regions, including Delhi, will be declared by the end of this month. However, CBSE hasn't still announced the date for it. |
