State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) on Wednesday said it will launch its BlackBerry services by next month. “We have got all the approvals ... and will launch BlackBerry services by April,” BSNL chairman and managing director Kuldeep Goyal said. BSNL Blackberry Phones for 3G services in India

Presently only BSNL has the 3G spectrum allotted while Airtel and Vodafone, two exclusive provider of iPhone 3G, don't have any 3G frequencies allotted yet. So Apple might be also interested in moving with BSNL for 3G services in India.
