Head Constable (Radio Operator): 738 posts (Direct-444, Departmental-294), Pay Band: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400, Age: 18 to 23 years

Academic qualifications:
Matriculation or equivalent plus two years ITI certificate in Radio and TV or Electronics or Intermediate or 10 + 2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.

Head Constable (Fitter): 07 posts (Direct-4, Departmental-3), Pay Band: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400, Age: 18 to 23 years
Academic qualifications:
Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board or Institution ; and two years Industrial Training Institute certificate in Engine Fitter or Diesel Mechanic or Automobile or Motor Mechanic from an Institution recognized by State or Central Government; or Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board or Institution

Assistant Sub-Inspector ( Radio Mechanic): 155 posts (Direct – 93, Department-62), Pay Band: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400, Age: 18 to 23 years
Academic qualifications:
Matric with Diploma in Radio and TV Technology or Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic Appliances from any Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government 10+2 or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty percent with selective subject being Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board or Institution.
